Stage One
Our stage one netball sessions are open to children in primary school years 3, 4, 5 and 6. Our coaches will introduce our players to the fundamentals of netball in a competitive and fun environment. There opportunities for teams to play in the Erdington League on Sundays.
Training Sessions:
Mondays at North Birmingham Academy, College Road, Erdington
Intermediates
Our stage 2 sessions are aimed at children in secondary school years 7 and 8. We also have our talented year 6s in this session. Our coaches will introduce new players to the fundamentals of netball; whilst our more experienced players will develop their technical and tactical skills in attack and defence.
Our under 12s compete in the Erdington League and the Birmingham Intermediate Netball League.
Our under 13s compete in the West Midlands Development league and the Birmingham Intermediate Netball League.
Training Sessions:

Seniors
Our senior training sessions are for players 14 years plus and split into two sessions - Transition and Performance.
Transition
These sessions are for players transitioning from intermediates and new senior developing players. Sessions will include development of technical and tactical skills in attack and defence. There will be skills and drills to improve foot speed, conditioning, shooting and passing. We aim to provide the players with tools that will be transferable directly into game scenarios. Players in this session complete in the Walsall Netball League on Saturdays.
Performance
Performance sessions cover everything that is covered in transition sessions in a more challenging environment. Players in this session complete in the Walsall Netball League on Saturdays and the West Midlands Regional League on Saturdays.
Training Sessions:
Tuesdays at St Francis of Assisi Catholic College, Erdington Road, Aldridge.
To ensure that members are insured, we strongly recommend that you purchase England Netball membership as soon as possible. England Netball membership must be purchased before players can compete in leagues and competitions.
